You can reach Nursana at aoneahsan@gmail.com. It is a small independent project, so every message is read by a person rather than a queue — bug reports, feature requests, corrections to anything clinical, and privacy or data-deletion questions all go to the same address.
What is most useful to include
- Which module and which page you were on.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Your device and browser, if the problem looks visual or device-specific.
- For a clinical correction: the exact number or statement, and the reference you are working from. These are taken seriously and fixed first.
What this does not do
Support cannot give clinical, legal or tax advice, cannot help with your employer systems or your hospital EHR, and cannot recover data from a lost device — the brain sheet and advocacy vault have no server copy by design.
Frequently asked questions
How do I report a bug?
Email aoneahsan@gmail.com with the page, what you expected and what happened. Screenshots help.
I think a calculator is wrong. What do I do?
Email the exact inputs, the result you got and the reference you are using. Clinical corrections are prioritised over everything else.
Can you recover my brain sheet?
No. It is never copied to a server, so there is nothing to recover from. That is the deliberate cost of keeping it private.
