Practice (LaunchPad)
LaunchPad is exam practice for nursing students and new graduates: NCLEX-style questions where every option carries a written rationale explaining why it is right or wrong. It is built around the thing that actually transfers to the exam and the floor — the reasoning — rather than the score you got on a question bank.
How practice works here
- Answer a question, then read the rationale before moving on.
- Rationales cover the distractors too, because knowing why a plausible answer fails is the transferable part.
- Your progress is kept so you can see what you have covered.
- Sessions are short enough to fit a break rather than requiring an evening.
Reasoning over memorisation
NCLEX-style questions rarely reward recall alone; most ask you to prioritise, to decide what to assess first, or to notice which finding cannot wait. Practising with rationales trains that judgement. Practising with a score alone trains you to recognise questions you have already seen.
Local-first, with optional sync
Practice progress is stored on the device and works signed out. Signing in lets it sync to your own account so you can revise on a phone and a laptop without starting over.
What this does not do
LaunchPad is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NCSBN, and NCLEX is their registered trademark. Questions are written in that style; they are not retired exam items and no practice bank predicts a pass. It is a study aid alongside your programme, not a substitute for it.
Frequently asked questions
Are these real NCLEX questions?
No. They are original questions written in an NCLEX-like style. Real exam items are not published, and anyone claiming otherwise is not being straight with you.
Is Nursana affiliated with the NCSBN?
No. There is no affiliation or endorsement. NCLEX is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
Does every question explain the answer?
Yes. Rationales are the reason the module exists, and they cover why the wrong options are wrong as well.
Does practice work offline?
Yes. Questions and your progress are on the device, so a commute with no signal is still study time.
