Terms of Service
These are the terms for using Nursana. The one that matters most in practice: everything in the app is a reference tool, and you remain the clinician. Calculators check arithmetic, wellbeing check-ins are for self-tracking, finance tools are educational, and the advocacy vault is a notebook — none of them replaces your judgement, your policies or a qualified professional.
The core rules
- Reference, not advice: Nursana gives no medical, legal, financial or tax advice.
- You verify: every calculated result is checked against the order, the label and your own policy before it is acted on.
- No patient identifiers: the app is designed not to need them, and you agree not to enter them.
- Availability is best-effort: this is an independent product, offered free, with no uptime guarantee.
What this does not do
Nursana is provided as-is. It is not a certified medical device, carries no warranty of clinical accuracy, and is not a party to your employment, your licensure or any dispute with an employer or board.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rely on a Nursana calculation clinically?
Treat it as a second check on arithmetic. The order, the label and your policy remain authoritative, and any required independent double check still applies.
Does it cost anything?
No. Every module is free today and no subscription is being charged. Any future change would be announced first.
Who is responsible for clinical decisions?
You are. Nursana is a reference tool and never assumes clinical responsibility.
