Data & Account Deletion
This page explains how to remove your Nursana data. There are two places it can exist — on your device, and in your account if you signed in — and this covers both, including which parts disappear the moment you clear the app because they were never anywhere else.
On your device
Clearing the app storage, or uninstalling the Android app, removes everything held locally. For the brain sheet and the advocacy vault that is the whole of it: no server copy exists, so nothing survives elsewhere.
In your account
If you signed in, the synced modules — credentials, wellbeing, schedule, practice progress and finance — also have a copy in your account. Deleting your account removes it, and you can also request deletion by emailing aoneahsan@gmail.com from the address you signed up with.
What this does not do
Deletion cannot be undone, and there is no backup to restore from afterwards. Community posts you made may remain visible where removing them would break a conversation; ask in your deletion request if you want those removed too.
Frequently asked questions
How do I delete everything?
Delete your account to remove the synced copy, then clear the app storage or uninstall the app to remove the local copy.
Do I need an account to delete on-device data?
No. Clearing app storage removes local data whether or not you ever signed in.
Can I get my data back after deleting it?
No. Deletion is permanent and there is no backup, which is the same design that keeps the sensitive modules private.
